Train Stewards, also called Customer Hosts, provide a range of services to passengers.

Train stewards operate the trolley service or buffet, give out newspapers and serve tea or coffee. They may also take customer orders for meals and then serve the meals in the restaurant carriage.

After people have had drinks or meals, train stewards then clear away the used knives, forks, plates, cups and glasses.
